Srushti deshmukh, who is in her third year of engineering, has already begun to study for UPSC. Following her graduation, she was unsure whether or not she'd find satisfaction in a engineering position. It was later discovered that her dream job was in civil service and started to focus on it. The parents of her encouraged her to prepare for civils and make it a profession serving the public. Her motivation never waned, and remained focused solely at her dream to become an IAS. It takes more effort to get UPSC. She used to study her engineering classes and study for UPSC as well as various disciplines. This exam preparation was done daily. In less than a month and half the time, she was preparing for her exam in engineering and also stayed away from social media. She is convinced that focus is crucial to pass the government examination and be a civil servant. She was extremely determined to succeed in this test, and she put in a good amount of work.
